Madison DeBruin
Associate Therapist
I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, care, curiosity – plus a bit of humor when needed. I believe healing and growth happens in safe, supportive relationships, so my goal is to be someone you feel seen and understood by. I show up for my clients in a way that is both encouraging and challenging—I’ll support you when things feel tough, but I’ll also push you to step outside your comfort zone, learn new things, and grow in meaningful ways.
Many of my clients come to therapy during times of change – starting college or a new career, ending a relationship, navigating a family shift or loss, or simply feeling unsure of who they are. Others come when it feels like cycles and patterns from the past are starting to get in their way. These times of life can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. In our work together, I’ll help you untangle what’s getting in the way and reconnect with your own voice and values.
My approach is relational, emotionally focused, and grounded in Attachment-based therapy. I also integrate other therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to best support your needs. Therapy is all about understanding yourself better and moving forward in a way that aligns with who you are. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in reaching your goals!
