Aine Karstetter
Associate Therapist
My name is Aine (An-ya), and I primarily work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, relational conflict, shame, and low sense of self-worth. I enjoy working with people who are exhausted from maintaining perfectionism, over-extending, and who struggle to make time for themselves. My approach centers the client and the client’s needs. I offer compassionate attunement from a place of authenticity and humility. I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and Phase 2, as well as Radically Open Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and I am exhilarated by witnessing individuals recover their autonomy through their own efforts and agency. I draw from experience gained through diverse environments in the system of care, and my objective is to support my clients to differentiate between internalized stigma, mistreatment or disenfranchisement from their genuine intuition.
