Blair Nastasi, MA, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to stop judging ourselves and start understanding ourselves with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted—while also helping you move toward the growth and change you’re seeking.
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-worth, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping people who have lost themselves in relationships, struggle with people-pleasing or codependency, or are carrying the emotional weight of loving someone with addiction or mental health challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation. I like to use non patholozing modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, mindfulness based self-compassion, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients move beyond simply coping and begin building a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
I know that reaching out for support can be difficult, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and discover that lasting healing is possible.
